Outlook News Buttons

  1. New Post : Press this button to write a brand new message to the selected newsgroup.
  2. Reply to Group : This button creates a reply to the currently selected message, and posts it to the newsgroup.
  3. Reply : This button creates an email to be sent to the author of the currently selected post.
  4. Forward : This buttons sends a copy of the current post to someone else.
  5. Print : Sends the content of the currently select message to your printer.
  6. Stop : Interrupts the current action.
  7. Rend / Recv : This button transmits all outbound messages as well as checks for new mail.
  8. Addresses : This is where you would keep all your contact information.
  9. Find : Searches the current newsgroup or post for a given topic.
  10. Newsgroups : This button accesses a list of all newsgroups and lets you subscribe or unsubscribe from any group that is available.
  11. Headers : This button is useful when you are working offline, it connects to the server and retrieves the next batch of headers from the newsgroup.
