Eudora Configuration

If Eudora is your E-mail client of choice, follow these step to configure it for use with your Iprimus.com account. Please make sure that you have at least version 5.1 installed before following these instructions.

Configuration

1. If Eudora isn't running, open it.
2. From the Tools menu click on Options
   .
   
3. You will see an options screen that is split in two parts. In the left-hand window, select Getting Started.
   
   
4. type your full e-mail address in the Login Name: box. For example: username@ iprimus.com .
5. The Real Name: box should contain your name.
6. The Return address: is where replies to your messages are sent to. Normally this is the same as your Iprimus.com e-mail address. For example: username@iprimus.com
7. In the Mail Server (Incoming) box, type smtp.iprimus.com
   
8. In the SMTP Server: box, type smtp.iprimus.com .
9. Click on the Sending Mail box.
   
10. Type iprimus.com in the Domain to add to unqualified addresses: box.
11. Make sure that the Allow authentication box is checked.
12. Select Never in the Secure Sockets when Sending box.
13. Click on OK. You should now be able to use your iprimus.com e-mail account.
14. Click on OK. You should now be able to use your iprimus.com e-mail account.
